Our competence
The Institute for Implant Technology and Biomaterials (IIB e.V.) performs product oriented research and development in close cooperation with the Institute for Biomedical Engineering (part of the Medical Faculty) of the University of Rostock.
We have many years of experience in the areas of biomaterials testing, implant development, applied biomechanics and sensor technology.
The IIB e.V. is a collaborator in the BMBF funded project „Center of Excellence for Biomaterials“ of the University of Rostock. Our quality standards
