The institute is located in the „Technologie-Zentrum“ in Warnemünde.
1. By car:
From Berlin:
take Motorway A19 north, do not use the Rostock exit, continue on A19 to the Warnow -tunnel (toll: 2€),
afterwards enter right on urban motorway to Warnemünde. In Warnemünde: take a left at the first traffic
light (Technologie-Zentrum, Friedrich-Barnewitz-Straße)
From Luebeck / Wismar:
Take motorway A20 east, exit Rostock West toward Warnemünde.
In Warnemünde: take a left at the first traffic light (Technologie-Zentrum, Friedrich-Barnewitz-Straße)
2. By train:
From Rostock main station take the metropolitan train (S-Bahn) to Warnemünde.
Exit on: Warnemünde shipyard. Cross the tracks toward Warnemünde center.
After 100 m you cross the urban motorway and reach Richard-Wagner-Str.
Continue your walk for another 300 m, then turn left into Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str..
3. By airplane:
From airport Rostock-Laage take the motorway A19 toward Rostock, and continue as under Sec. 1.
