The Test Laboratory for Cardio+Vascular Devices negotiates a frame contract with the customer before start of testing. The contract regulates issues as field of tasks, remuneration, liability and warranty, and secrecy.

This general frame contract represents the basis for future individual tasks.

The Test Laboratory maintains a liability insurance which is adequate to the field of tasks. Upon request, contractors will be informed about the amount of the insurance.
